Senior Product Designer — Enterprise UX & Design Systems

BearPlex, Inc. seeks a senior designer to own systematized interfaces across products from a Lahore hybrid studio. You will work hands-on in Figma, build and govern a design system, and partner with senior engineers to ensure designs ship faithfully and stay consistent. You will lead research, set design standards, mentor teammates, and defend usability under enterprise constraints while collaborating with React/TypeScript teams from the start.
