Senior Product Designer — Design Systems, Figma & AI-Assisted Prototyping

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join an active, fast-moving design-system initiative for a technology platform serving multiple client brands. The project involves creating a scalable, client-agnostic component library and token architecture that can support multiple branded experiences without rebuilding the product for each customer. You will collaborate with other designers, a product engineer, and client stakeholders to help translate existing product experiences into a consistent, reusable, and implementation-ready system. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between design-system strategy, detailed component design, prototyping, documentation, and engineering handoff. Experience with Claude, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted design and development tools Familiarity with coded component libraries, Storybook, React, or comparable front-end frameworks Experience creating interactive prototypes from structured design-system components Background designing HR, benefits, healthcare, fintech, or other complex enterprise platforms Experience developing design-system governance or operating models
