Senior Major Gifts Officer — Performing Arts

Cal Performances at the University of California, Berkeley, seeks a Leadership Giving Officer to develop and execute long-range development strategies for prospects capable of 6-figure gifts. You will work with a nine-person development team to inspire giving from existing major donors and new prospects. Responsibilities include managing a ~150-donor portfolio, writing proposals, soliciting gifts, and coordinating with senior staff and volunteers to implement successful strategies.
