Job Description

About the position We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Integrations Hub team in Bulgaria. This team is responsible for connecting our SaaS platform, OfficeRnD, to various external services such as Payment Gateways (Stripe, Authorize.Net), Access Control (Brivo, Kisi), and Accounting (Xero, QuickBooks). The role involves balancing infrastructure modernization with portfolio expansion, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and partners to grow our integrations ecosystem and deliver reliable, seamless connections. The ideal candidate will have a strong ownership mindset, product-oriented thinking, and a commitment to continuous learning and quality. Responsibilities Design APIs from scratch to final automated tests.Migrate integrations from the existing monolith to a new NestJS/TypeScript stack.Explore and implement AI-powered features for data mapping automation, sync error detection, and vendor API interaction enhancement.Debug production sync issues and handle unknown webhook channels, focusing on reliability and idempotency.Collaborate closely with Product Managers and other engineers to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.Promote high engineering standards and mentor less experienced engineers.Requirements 5+ years in full-stack development, preferably with cloud-based SaaS.Driven by continuous learning, an AI-first approach, thorough documentation habits, and proactive identification of operational risks.Strong proficiency in Node.js (NestJS is a huge plus) and TypeScript.Comfortable with schema design and MongoDB.Understanding of software design principles and how to build production-ready systems.Familiarity with modern JS frameworks (preferably React).Nice-to-haves Mobile development experience is considered an advantage.Benefits Premium health insurance, including dental coverage25 days of annual paid leaveAn additional day off to celebrate your birthday3 paid volunteering days per yearFull compensation for the first 3 days of sick leaveHybrid work model (minimum 40% of monthly working time onsite)Co-funded sports card to support your active lifestyleLearning and development opportunitiesRegular team events and celebrations
