Job description

BlackCloak’s mission is to protect corporate executives and high-profile individuals in their personal lives, mitigating risks to their families, companies, reputation, and finances. We defend our clients’ digital lives from hackers, privacy leaks, and identity theft. If you are passionate about helping to protect others, then keep reading - this may be your next great opportunity.
As a Senior Enterprise Relationship Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of BlackCloak’s largest and most strategic enterprise clients, building trusted relationships with executive sponsors, security leaders, and the executives and families enrolled in the program. You’ll be accountable for retention and adoption across your book of business. That means leading onboarding for complex, high-profile accounts, watching account health closely, and stepping in early when risk appears. Using account data, analytics, and AI-driven workflows, you’ll show clients the value of their program through clear, compelling business reviews, and you’ll partner with Sales to find opportunities to expand coverage. You’ll also mentor fellow ERMs and help shape the team’s playbooks and processes. The ideal candidate is a confident executive communicator who uses data and AI tools to work smarter, and who takes full ownership of retention and growth across their portfolio.

What You Will Do

    • Manage a portfolio of BlackCloak’s largest and most strategic enterprise clients, building trusted relationships with executive sponsors, security leaders, and the executives and families enrolled in the program

    • Own retention and adoption results for your book of business, including NRR, logo retention, enrollment, onboarding, and utilization

    • Lead onboarding for complex, high-profile accounts, working with Sales to set clear expectations and get members enrolled quickly

    • Monitor account health and adoption, step in early when risk appears, and lead the plan to recover at-risk accounts

    • Build executive-level relationships across each client so every account stays engaged through leadership changes

    • Use account data and analytics to show clients the value of their program, and turn those insights into clear, compelling business reviews for senior stakeholders

    • Use AI tools and workflows to automate routine work, analyze account data, and produce client-ready content, from business reviews to executive reports

    • Coordinate trainings and work with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly

    • Identify opportunities to expand program coverage and partner with Sales on strategy for your accounts

    • Help shape the team’s playbooks, health criteria, and processes based on what you see in your accounts

    • Mentor and support other ERMs, sharing best practices and helping onboard new team members

    • Contribute to portfolio health reviews and forecasting with accurate, well-reasoned account assessments

What You Need to be Successful

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience

    • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, with a focus on enterprise clients

    • Solid understanding of cybersecurity and privacy concepts, and the ability to discuss them credibly with security leaders

    • Confident communication and executive presence, including leading business reviews and difficult conversations with senior stakeholders

    • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to assess account health, forecast risk, and show clients the value of their program

    • Hands-on experience with AI tools and building AI-assisted workflows that improve how you and your team work

    • Deep experience with a CRM or client success platform (Planhat, Gainsight, Salesforce, or similar)

    • Proven track record of driving retention and adoption, with working knowledge of metrics such as NRR, logo retention, and utilization

    • Experience managing escalations and recovering at-risk accounts

    • Ability to work independently, manage a complex book of business, and help improve team processes

    • Interest in mentoring and supporting other team members

    • Discretion and sound judgment when working with executives, high-net-worth individuals, and sensitive personal information

    • Willingness to travel to meet with clients when needed

Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for BlackCloak. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
