Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead data analysis initiatives, manage complex datasets, and mentor junior team members. This role involves in-depth data analysis, strategic decision-making support, and advanced reporting. Key Responsibilities Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and SQL reports. Lead the development of ETL pipelines using SSIS and manage Data Warehousing processes. Conduct complex data analysis to support business strategy and decision-making. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all processes. Mentor and guide junior analysts to build a high-performing data analytics team. Requirements 3+ years of experience in data analytics and visualization. Expert-level skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel. Strong experience with SSIS, Data Warehousing, and ETL pipelines. Proven ability to work independently and deliver strategic insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
