Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager - Remote or Onsite

We are seeking a Remote Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team, based in Atlanta, Georgia, with the flexibility for remote or onsite work. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for commercial insurance clients, managing their accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on commercial insurance products and coverage options.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for policy enhancements and cross-selling.
• Prepare and present policy quotes, endorsements, and renewal proposals efficiently and accurately.
• Review client policies to ensure compliance and optimal coverage, making recommendations as needed.
• Coordinate with underwriters, carriers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless policy issuance and service.
• Monitor client accounts for premium audits, claims, and billing issues, resolving concerns promptly.
