Job description
For a large-scale international SAP S/4HANA transformation program, we are looking for an experienced SAP DRC / E-Invoicing Delivery Lead / Scrum Master to support the coordination of the e-invoicing workstream.
The role sits at the intersection of Business, Tax, Finance, Procurement and IT and requires someone who can bring together different functional and technical teams around the SAP DRC and e-invoicing activities.
We are looking for a strong delivery professional with a solid SAP technical background and hands-on experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) and e-invoicing implementations. The focus of the role is not primarily on configuration, but on coordinating the different teams, managing dependencies and driving the workstream toward successful delivery.
Project Conditions:
- Start: Mid-November / beginning of December 2026
- Duration: Expected until mid-October 2027
- Workload: 0.5–1.0 FTE, most likely ramping up toward full-time
- Location: EU / Switzerland – candidates must be based within the EU or CH
- Working model: Remote
- Language: Fluent English
Tasks
- Coordinate the SAP DRC / e-invoicing workstream across multiple Business and IT teams.
- Drive alignment between Finance, Tax, SD, MM, Procure-to-Pay / purchasing and payment processes and the relevant technical teams.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, priorities, risks and open topics across the e-invoicing activities.
- Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, functional SAP teams and technical IT teams.
- Support planning, coordination and execution of the e-invoicing implementation within the broader S/4HANA transformation.
- Ensure transparency around progress, dependencies, decisions and potential delivery risks.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops and working sessions across distributed international teams.
- Support backlog, action and delivery tracking and ensure that agreed next steps are followed through.
- Act as a central coordination point for the different teams involved in the e-invoicing solution.
- Work closely with the respective workstream and program/workstream leadership to ensure alignment with the overall transformation roadmap.
Requirements
- Strong experience in project delivery, workstream coordination or Scrum Master responsibilities within complex SAP or IT transformation programs.
- Experience coordinating multiple Business and IT teams in an international environment.
- Strong SAP background and a good understanding of complex SAP landscapes and cross-functional dependencies.
- Experience with SAP DRC / Document and Reporting Compliance.
- Experience with e-invoicing implementations, ideally having already supported or led the implementation of an SAP DRC e-invoicing solution or related workstream.
- Good cross-functional understanding across SAP SD, FI/Finance, MM and Tax.
- Understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes and their interaction with Finance, Tax and e-invoicing.
- Strong delivery and leadership capabilities gained in roles such as Scrum Master, Project Manager, Workstream Lead, Product Owner or Solution Lead.
- Ability to understand both business requirements and technical dependencies and translate between different stakeholder groups.
- Strong organizational, facilitation and communication skills.
- Proactive, structured and hands-on working style.
- Experience working with distributed international teams.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Previous experience within the client's organization or transformation program would be a strong advantage.

Prepare your application
Use the description above to assess your fit for Sidekick Network GmbH & Co. KG. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.
Match requirements to evidence
Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.
Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.
Check the working arrangement
Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.
Review before submitting
Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.
Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.
Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
