Job description
COMPANY 🌱
RYZE was founded in 2019 by Andrée Werner and Rashad Hossain, out of a parents' basement, with a mission to change daily health, starting with the morning routine: a nutrient-dense mushroom coffee delivering clean energy, mental clarity, and immune support. Built on a Direct-to-Consumer foundation with a performance marketing engine, RYZE achieved hockey-stick growth and a community of over 1 million active subscribers.DTC remains the foundation, but RYZE has expanded into mass retail, quickly becoming the #2 items in Target's overall coffee category and is now executing a multi-channel expansion, with a cross-category launch coming in early 2027. RYZE is uniquely positioned to redefine how people think about daily wellness.
We’re a lean, fast-moving, mission-driven team who believe daily rituals create the foundation for living your greatest life, and we’re just getting started!
WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯
The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the connective tissue between our sales team, our retail and distributor partners, our marketplace channels, our 3PL, and our finance team. You ensure every purchase order flows accurately, on time, and chargeback-free — whether it arrives as an 850 from a grocery distributor or as a replenishment order from Amazon. You'll also be the go-to for sample requests and for the special projects that come with a fast-growing brand, from kitting and bundle builds to one-off retail and ecommerce initiatives. If you are the kind of person who notices that a UPC on an 850 doesn't match the item master before anyone else does, you will do well here.
Purchase order accuracy and EDI management
- Own the daily EDI order flow: monitor inbound purchase orders, validate them against agreed pricing, item,
- MOQ, and allowance terms, and resolve exceptions before they enter the fulfillment queue.
- Manage the full transaction lifecycle, including 850 (purchase order), 856 (advance ship notice), 810 (invoice), 852 (product activity/sales data) where applicable.
- Investigate and clear EDI errors, failed transmissions, mapping breaks.
Ecommerce order fulfillment and inventory management (Amazon and Walmart.com)
- Support inbound shipments, shipment plans, and book carrier appointments.
- Monitor inventory health across both marketplaces: sell-through, weeks of cover, and inbound pipeline; flag low-stock and out-of-stock risk early and coordinate replenishment with demand planning and the 3PL.
Special projects and sample support
- Coordinate kitting, bundling, and repack projects end to end — confirm component inventory and lead times, and issue work orders to the 3PL.
- Support special projects and tracker — materials such as shippers, displays, inserts, and packaging, and keep timelines on track against the retailer's or channel's in-store or go-live date.
- Support the sample program: intake and prioritize sample requests from sales, marketing, and brand partners; manage sample inventory levels and reorder points; and ensure requests ship accurately and on time
Systems you’ll work in
- EDI / integration: SPS Commerce, Retail Ready
- ERP / order management: NetSuite (strongly preferred), Extensiv WMS
- Ecommerce / marketplace: Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, Walmart Supplier One and Seller Center
- Retailer portals: Walmart Retail Link & Supplier One, Target Partners Online, Whole Foods / Sprouts / Costco supplier portals, Kroger Supplier Hub, UNFI and KeHE vendor portals
- Reporting & collaboration: Microsoft and Google Platforms, Slack
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on EDI experience is mandatory. You have worked directly in an EDI platform managing live retailer transactions.
- 2+ years in sales operations, order management, customer service, or supply chain at a CPG, food & beverage, or consumer brand.
- Direct experience supporting retail and distributor accounts (grocery, natural, club, mass, or e-commerce).
- Working experience with ecommerce order fulfillment and inventory management on Amazon and/or Walmart.com — including order flow, inbound shipments, and monitoring stock position.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills and comfort reconciling large data sets across systems that don't agree with each other.
- Exceptional attention to detail — this role is judged on accuracy, and small errors become five-figure deductions.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines at once, and to keep sample and special project requests moving without dropping the day-to-day order flow.
- Clear, proactive written communication with retail buyers, replenishment analysts, 3PL partners, and internal teams.
- Strong sense of ownership and follow-through with the ability to build, maintain and continuously improve processes.
Preferred Qualifications (Not required but nice to have):
- NetSuite experience is a strong plus — order management, item records, saved searches, and customer/pricing setup.
- Experience with both Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P) models, or with Walmart's equivalent 1P and marketplace setups.
- Familiarity with FBA and WFS inbound processes, shipment planning, and stranded inventory resolution.
- Hands-on experience with kitting, bundling, or co-pack projects, including BOM setup and work orders.
- Exposure to 3PL operations, routing, and LTL/TL freight scheduling.
- Interest in functional beverage, wellness, or better-for-you food categories.
- The perfect candidate would be self-motivated, excellent in written and verbal communication, with successful problem solving skills
WHAT WE OFFER 🌟
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks.
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Paid time off and company-observed holidays.
- Opportunities for professional growth and development.
- A collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Access to tools, resources, and training to support success in the role.

Prepare your application
Use the description above to assess your fit for RYZE Superfoods. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.
Match requirements to evidence
Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.
Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.
Check the working arrangement
Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.
Review before submitting
Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.
Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.
Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
