Job Description

About Timer

Timer is building the Organizational Memory Layer for enterprise AI.

Most businesses run on dozens of disconnected systems that cannot remember each other, so people end up becoming the manual integration layer between their own software. Timer replaces that with persistent, governed organizational memory: a single shared context layer that connects meetings, CRM, projects, conversations, contracts, payments, tasks, and workflows so knowledge accumulates instead of resetting. Every interaction enriches what the organization knows, and both people and AI inherit that context automatically, enabling coordinated action without constant manual effort.

We are not another productivity app, AI assistant, or workflow tool. We are the memory infrastructure the rest of them depend on. Timer is the first commercial implementation of the Human Layer Framework, an original research series defining Organizational Memory as a new enterprise infrastructure category. We are already live with 25+ organizations, invite-only, and growing quickly.

Businesses do not need smarter prompts. They need systems that remember. That is what we build.

The Role

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to sit at the front of our enterprise sales motion. You will identify and qualify prospective customers through research, outbound outreach, and follow-up on inbound leads, then turn that interest into qualified pipeline for our sales team.

Day to day, you will:

  • Research target accounts and run outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and calls
  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs
  • Nurture relationships and book qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Partner with marketing and AEs to refine messaging and sharpen lead-generation campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and keep pipeline data clean
  • Analyze outreach performance, iterate on sales strategies, and represent Timer professionally in every interaction

Because Timer is defining a new category, this role is as much about educating the market as it is about qualifying it. You will be one of the first voices explaining Organizational Memory to the people who need it most.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong inside sales and lead-generation skills, including outbound prospecting and lead qualification
  • Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to run effective discovery calls and handle objections
  • Business development instincts, including nurturing relationships and spotting new market or account opportunities
  • Relevant experience in B2B SaaS or technology, ideally in enterprise AI, infrastructure, or operations software
  • Based in Spain and comfortable working remotely with a distributed team
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales-engagement tools, and a data-driven approach to measuring outreach effectiveness
  • Strong organizational skills, resilience in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Compensation

This is a full-time, remote role open to candidates based in Spain. Compensation is structured as a base salary plus on-target commission.

  • Base salary: €30,000 to €36,000 per year
  • On-target earnings (OTE): €44,000 to €52,000 per year at target

We share the full range up front because we think you should know what a role pays before you invest your time in it, not after.

Why Join

  • You will help create a category, not just sell a product. Timer is research-backed, commercially live, and early enough that your work will directly shape how the market comes to understand Organizational Memory. If you want to be first into a market rather than late into a crowded one, this is that seat.
