Job Description

About the role

As an SDR, you're the first voice prospects hear and a key driver of our go-to-market (GTM) team. This is a phone-first role: you'll make outbound calls to prospects in new markets, and on the phone with inbound leads, qualifying intent and booking high-quality appointments for our Business Development team to pitch. Working hand-in-hand with the GTM team, you'll be at the front line of opening new markets, your conversations are what turn early interest into real pipeline, and your success is measured in meetings set.

Because you'll be covering multiple time zones, comfort with a flexible working schedule is essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects in new markets to introduce Oddle and set appointments for the sales team, owning both first calls and follow-ups.
  • Call inbound leads promptly, qualify intent, handle initial objections, and convert conversations into booked meetings.
  • Work closely with the GTM team to hit weekly and monthly targets and to refine the playbook as we scale into new markets.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring a clean, well-briefed handover of high-intent leads to Business Development.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and current, logging every call and outcome, updating lead statuses, and flagging data gaps to maintain high data hygiene.
  • Track and report on your activity and conversion metrics (calls made, connects, qualified leads, meetings booked) to continuously sharpen your approach.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal communication and a confident, professional phone manner, you're comfortable cold-calling and thinking on your feet.
  • Goal-oriented: a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets; you're motivated by numbers and "the win."
  • Operational discipline: high attention to detail in CRM data entry and adherence to GTM workflow and process.
  • Tech-savvy, highly organised, and self-driven; able to manage a high volume of calls and leads without dropping the ball.
  • Comfortable working remotely across time zones and in a fast-moving environment with evolving playbooks.
  • Prior experience in a sales, customer success, or outreach role.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and dialer/outreach platforms.

Nice to have

  • Experience in F&B / restaurant tech or SaaS.
  • Prior experience prospecting into new or international markets.
