ABOUT KEH

KEH is the world’s largest reseller of pre-owned camera gear and a trusted name for photographers, videographers, and creators. Founded in 1979, the company maintains an inventory of more than 55,000 items, serves a loyal community of professional and enthusiast photographers, and has built its reputation on an industry-standard equipment grading system, a 180-day warranty, and a customer experience consistently ranked among the best in online retail.

The re-commerce market is in the early stages of a significant growth cycle as consumers increasingly seek to buy, sell, and trade pre-owned products. KEH is investing aggressively to capture this opportunity — expanding its product categories, growing adjacent business lines, and building the technology and operational infrastructure to support the next stage of scale. KEH is majority owned by D Cubed Group, a private equity firm.

THE ROLE

KEH is building a world-class Strategic Partnerships function to accelerate supply acquisition and drive long-term growth. As our Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in creating the top of our partnership pipeline by identifying high-value prospects, engaging decision makers, and securing qualified meetings with enterprise retailers, OEMs, and strategic partners.

This role exists to solve one of our biggest growth opportunities: expanding outbound business development capacity. You will own the front end of the partnership development process by researching prospective partners, executing thoughtful outreach campaigns, qualifying opportunities, and creating momentum for new strategic relationships. Following a successful launch, you will also help maintain partner relationships by serving as a day-to-day point of contact, supporting operational execution, and helping ensure partnerships continue to deliver value for both KEH and our partners.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives on proactive outreach, and takes pride in opening doors. Success in this role requires curiosity, persistence, strong organization, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You'll have the opportunity to help shape how KEH grows its partnership ecosystem while working directly with senior leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective strategic partners across priority industries.
  • Develop outbound prospecting strategies that generate qualified meetings with target accounts.
  • Research organizations, identify decision makers, and create account engagement plans.
  • Execute consistent multi-channel outreach campaigns that drive new business conversations.
  • Deliver well-qualified opportunities for partnership development.
  • Support the ongoing success of launched partnerships by coordinating post-launch activities, monitoring partner engagement, and helping identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Research enterprise retailers, manufacturers, marketplaces, rental companies, and other potential strategic partners.
  • Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, company websites, and other research tools.
  • Execute personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Manage outreach cadences and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities through discovery conversations.
  • Schedule introductory meetings and coordinate calendars.
  • Prepare concise account summaries prior to partner meetings.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Partnerships to manage existing strategic partnerships.
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for select partnership accounts, responding to partner inquiries and coordinating with internal teams to resolve operational needs.
  • Monitor partnership performance, support recurring business reviews, and identify opportunities to strengthen existing partner relationships and expand collaboration.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound B2B sales.
  • Demonstrated success generating meetings through outbound prospecting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience researching enterprise organizations and identifying decision makers.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client or partner relationships with a customer-first mindset and exceptional follow-through.

Preferred

  • Experience selling into retail, consumer electronics, manufacturing, or technology companies.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Experience using prospecting tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
  • Interest in photography, consumer electronics, or the circular economy.
  • Experience supporting account management, customer success, or partnership operations following a sale or implementation.

WHO YOU ARE

You are naturally curious and enjoy uncovering new business opportunities. You are persistent without being pushy and understand that successful prospecting is built on consistency, preparation, and thoughtful communication. You embrace feedback, learn quickly, leverage AI and modern sales tools to improve your effectiveness, and enjoy contributing to a fast-moving, collaborative team.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Qualified meetings booked per month.
  • Meeting-to-opportunity conversion rate.
  • Outreach activity and response rates.
  • Partner satisfaction and responsiveness following launch.
  • Retention and growth of assigned partnership accounts through proactive relationship management and operational excellence.
  • Pipeline value generated.
  • CRM hygiene and prospect engagement quality.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

KEH offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with the scope and seniority of this role. Benefits include a 401(k) plan, comprehensive health and dental coverage, short-term disability, paid time off, paid holidays, and flexible spending accounts.

WHY KEH

KEH is the global leader in camera recommerce and is helping shape the future of the circular economy. As the company continues to expand its Strategic Partnerships organization, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with executive leadership, influence how new partnerships are built, and make a measurable impact on the company's growth. This is a highly visible role with meaningful ownership and significant opportunities for professional development.

LOCATION AND TRAVEL

This is a remote position. Limited travel (approximately 5–10%) may be required for team meetings, partner meetings, or industry events.

KEH is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
