Sales Coordinator

Responsible for managing the company’s Sales Facebook page, handling inquiries, and converting potential leads into sales. Provide excellent customer service, answer any customer questions, advise and guide clients towards unit fits their needs. Discuss company function and offerings articulately and accurately. This should be done in person or through online channels (emails, social media and other communication channels). Ensure high standards of client service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, endorsing client concern to the respective Department and maintaining strong relationships. Set clear performance goals and expectations for the sales team, and monitor their progress. Coordinate with Realties potential clients and assess their clients requirements and monitor their progress. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets. To conduct orientation and seminars on Sales Process and Product Knowledge Seminars Internal and External parties. Process transaction of reservation clearance, completeness of requirements, signatures and reservation documents/agreements.
