Role Objective

The Sales Attorney is a client-facing role that sits at the intersection of legal expertise and consultative sales. This position is responsible for conducting strategy sessions with prospective clients, assessing their immigration situation, and guiding qualified individuals toward retaining the firm's services. The ideal candidate is a licensed attorney in Mexico with a strong command of immigration law, a genuine empathy for the communities we serve, and a proven ability to close.

This is not a traditional legal practice role - it is a client-facing position where legal expertise and genuine human connection work together. Success in this role means helping people understand their options clearly, building trust from the very first conversation, and guiding qualified individuals toward the support they need - same day.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Conduct strategy sessions as the primary daily activity (4–5 hours/day) - assess each client's immigration situation, explain available pathways, and present the firm's services with clarity and confidence.
  • Complete priming calls and proposal preparation before each strategy session to ensure readiness and maximize conversion.
  • Close contracts, collect payments, and book client onboarding appointments on the same day as hire - same-day close is the standard.
  • Execute timely follow-up calls on all pending and undecided clients from prior strategy sessions - no potential client is left without a follow-up.
  • Ensure complete and accurate handoff to the Legal team for every retained client - documentation, onboarding checklist, and case details transferred without gaps.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, session outcomes, and pipeline activity in the firm's CRM.
  • Meet and exceed individual session conversion targets and monthly retention goals.

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney in Mexico in good standing - required; Licenciatura en Derecho and Cédula Profesional required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English - native-level Spanish required; strong English communication skills essential for collaboration with US-based leadership.
  • Knowledge of immigration law - ability to assess client eligibility, explain case types, and identify viable pathways with confidence.
  • Demonstrated success in a sales or client conversion role - track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a performance-based environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - able to build trust quickly, handle sensitive conversations with empathy, and guide clients through complex decisions.
  • Strong active listening skills - able to identify client needs accurately and respond with relevant, accurate information.
  • Experience with CRM systems - proficiency in logging interactions, managing pipelines, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of daily interactions while maintaining quality, accuracy, and professionalism throughout.

This is contracted remote position and requires reliable high-speed internet, a reliable computer, headset, microphone, and video camera

Compensation

$20K - $22K MXN/Month DOE + Performance incentives based on results

Salary: $20,000 - $22,000 MXN/month

Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for New Frontier Immigration Law. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
