RQ09703 - Sr. Business Analyst

RQ09703 - Sr. Business Analyst Guelph (Stone Rd) Hybrid - Candidate MUST work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote - or as required by the Client which may up to 5 days onsite. Contract 6+ months, 3 possible extension MUST-HAVES: Leads and conducts business analysis in order to assess clients business problems/opportunities and documents the business requirements in such a way that I&IT solutions can be determined. These include use of UML in development of use cases, activity/sequence/state diagrams for capturing business process flows, workflows and documenting business, and system functional requirements. Conducts business modelling; use case modelling; conceptual and logical data modelling; process and data flow modelling; use case surveys; business rules definition and non-functional requirements definitions for IT systems under implementation Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards. Nice-to-Have: Detailed business analysis knowledge and hands-on experience related to soil management systems will be an asset.
