Job description
Kinsta is one of the top providers of managed hosting for WordPress, with a growing club of 120,000+ businesses including startups, universities, and Fortune 500 firms. We're motivated by excellent quality and proud to have received a 97% satisfaction rating from our customers.
That's because, to us, each day is a chance to grow. As a team, we continuously inspire each other to learn new and better ways to make an impact. We own our jobs proudly - our leaders don't hold our hands, but they're in our corner whenever we ask for help - and our environment is flexible and remote-first.
As a Revenue Operations Administrator, you’ll be the primary day-to-day RevOps partner for our Sales organization and the go-to owner of our core GTM systems. You’ll keep HubSpot and our revenue tech stack clean, accurate, and reliable. That means running regular data audits and cleanup, managing fields, layouts, and permissions, and making sure the tools and documentation Sales depends on are up to date and actually used. This role goes beyond answering requests: you’ll spot gaps in how our systems and tools fit together and improve them over time, whether that’s tightening an integration or evaluating a new platform.

What You'll Do:
Serve as the main RevOps point of contact for Sales.
Own Sales-facing documentation and keep it accurate, up to date, and easy to use.
Support adoption and effective use of Sales tools (e.g. call recording, enablement, and productivity tools).
Handle day-to-day Sales requests and turn recurring questions into documentation or self-serve resources.
Partner with Sales leadership to translate quarterly priorities into operational changes in our systems.
Perform routine HubSpot administration, including user management and configuration maintenance.
Run regular data audits, deduplication, and cleanup routines to maintain high data quality.
Manage field creation, page layouts, and access permissions in line with governance standards.
Administer and maintain GTM technology tools as the subject matter expert for core RevOps software.
Evaluate new platforms and tools to address emerging business needs and operational gaps.
Own the health of our GTM systems and data, and proactively fix issues before they reach Sales.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other GTM teams to keep systems aligned with how teams actually work.
What You Bring To The Role:
2–4 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or CRM administration, or a closely related role.
Hands-on administration of a CRM (user management, fields, page layouts, permissions), not just end-user usage.
Proven experience supporting a commercial sales organization.
Strong HubSpot experience (Sales Hub Enterprise; Marketing Hub Professional).
Data hygiene experience: running audits, deduplication, and cleanup, and setting up validation rules and data standards that keep records accurate over time.
Experience administering GTM tools (e.g. call recording, enablement, and productivity tools) and supporting their adoption.
Strong attention to detail, and the ability to write clear, practical documentation for non-technical users.
Benefits:
Annual remote expense budget.
Flexible PTO.
Paid parental leave.
Annual professional development budget: available after one year with Kinsta.
Sabbatical: available after three years with Kinsta (and every three years thereafter).
Location-specific healthcare benefits (includes vision and dental) for employees hired in the USA, UK, Canada, and Hungary.
Pension plan for employees hired in the UK, and 401k contributions for employees hired in the USA.
Prepare your application
Use the description above to assess your fit for Kinsta. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.
Match requirements to evidence
Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.
Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.
Check the working arrangement
Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.
Review before submitting
Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.
Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.
Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
