[Remote] Test Environment Manager (TEM)

The role focuses on environment provisioning, configuration, governance, test data management, defect reduction, and incident resolution across cloud, virtualized, and enterprise application environments. Responsibilities Establish clear ownership and visibility of all non-production environmentsReduce environment- and data-related defects and testing delaysImprove environment predictability, availability, and utilizationStandardize environment governance and operating practices Skills Hands-on management of complex non‑production test environments (DEV, SIT, E2E, UAT, Pre‑Prod)Expertise in environment provisioning, refresh, configuration, and stabilityHands on experience withIaC tools like Terraform / AnsibleOrchestrations tools like Kubernetes / DockerBastion host setupStrong knowledge of test data management and data‑related defect reductionWorking understanding of CI/CD pipelines, releases, and deployment dependenciesExperience with cloud and virtualized environments (AWS/Azure/GCP; VMs, containers)Understanding of enterprise application architectures, integrations, APIsProven capability in environment-related defect triage and incident resolutionAbility to define and enforce environment governance, standards, and controlsProficiency with test, defect, and service management tools (Jira, ALM, ServiceNow) Company Overview Yochana IT Solutions | Founded in Michigan, 2009 Headquartered at 23000 Commerce Drive, Farmington Hills, MI 48335.
