Job description

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wealthspire is a leading wealth management firm seeking a dedicated and collaborative Senior Human Resources Generalist. This role involves employee support, performance management, project management, and HR operations to enhance the employee experience and drive organizational growth. Responsibilities Act as the main contact for employee and manager HR questionsProvide mentorship on company policies, procedures, benefits, and HR programsSupport managers with performance-related documentation and corrective action processesAdvance complex employee relations matters and investigations to HR leadershipCoordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activitiesProcess employee status changes, organizational updates, and HR transactionsMaintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systemsPartner with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and other departments to support employee needsAssist with audits and compliance-related activitiesSupport annual performance review and goal-setting processesCoordinate employee recognition and engagement initiativesComplete HR projects from planning through completionSupport organizational initiatives, system implementations, and policy rolloutsAssist with acquisition integration activities and employee transitionsFind opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and employee experienceMaintain project trackers and ensure deliverables are completed on scheduleGenerate and analyze HR metrics and reportsMonitor trends related to turnover, hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR activitiesMaintain HR dashboards and reporting tools Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience4-7 years of progressive HR experienceExperience assisting various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations support, performance management, and HR operationsDemonstrated ability to successfully manage a high-volume workload, balance competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong project coordination and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize various tasks and follow projects through to completionWorking knowledge of employment laws and HR guidelinesStrong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applicationsSHRM-CP or PHR certificationExperience supporting a multi-state workforceExperience in financial services, professional services, or a fast-growing organizationExperience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms Benefits PTO & paid holidays401(k) with matchExclusive discount programsHealth & wellness programs Company Overview Wealthspire is a leading wealth management, retirement advisory, and business management firm serving individuals, families, endowments, and institutions across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
