[Remote] Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Curate Partners is seeking a Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead to support MarTech initiatives. The role leads Agile ceremonies, removes delivery impediments, coordinates cross-functional dependencies, manages risks, and drives predictable delivery across multiple teams and workstreams. Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and sprint reviewsIdentify, track, and proactively remove blockers impacting team deliveryCoordinate dependencies across business, technology, product, and vendor teamsDrive accountability for action items, commitments, and key decisionsPartner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to ensure priorities remain aligned with strategic objectivesEstablish visibility into sprint progress, delivery health, risks, and dependenciesLead proactive risk and issue management efforts, escalating concerns when appropriateSupport teams in maintaining predictable delivery rhythms while adapting to changing prioritiesCreate clear status reporting and communications for stakeholders and leadershipFoster collaboration and alignment across multiple workstreams and teamsPromote Agile best practices while remaining flexible and outcome-focusedContinuously identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness, processes, and delivery qualityHelp teams establish measurable goals and monitor progress toward key milestonesSupport project planning, roadmap execution, and release coordination activities Skills • 7+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, or related leadership roles• 5+ years of experience leading Agile teams in complex enterprise environments• 5+ years of experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving Agile delivery practices• 5+ years of experience managing risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination efforts• 5+ years of experience partnering with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology organizations• Experience supporting multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and iterative delivery models• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve delivery impediments• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar Agile delivery tools• Proven ability to build trust and influence teams without direct authority• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments• Experience supporting enterprise transformation, modernization, or large-scale strategic initiatives• Background in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries• Experience coordinating work across distributed teams and multiple business units• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent)• Experience supporting product, technology, data, or digital transformation programs• Familiarity with portfolio planning, roadmap management, and release management practices• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and leadership teams• Demonstrated success improving team velocity, predictability, and delivery outcomes• Experience coaching teams on Agile principles and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Company Overview Curate Partners is a specialized recruitment agency that bridges the talent gap in digital transformation.
