As a Junior Web Developer, you will work alongside experienced developers, contributing to the development of responsive websites and web applications for a variety of clients and industries. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and maintenance of responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement user-facing features. Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code. Perform website testing and debugging across different browsers and devices. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews. Maintain and update content on websites as required. Learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices. Required Skills and QualificationsSolid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development. Ability to work with Git and version control systems. Basic knowledge of web performance optimization. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. A portfolio or GitHub showcasing projects or coursework is a plus. Experience0–2 years of experience in front-end web development. Internships, freelance work, or personal projects demonstrating relevant skills are welcomed. Working HoursFlexible remote work schedule. Core collaboration hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM (GMT or local time zone equivalent). Approximately 30–40 hours per week depending on project requirements.
