The Remote Customer Service Representative will be a key contact point for clients, assisting with benefits education, enrollment transactions, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: - Educate and advise callers on their benefits, the system, and all related processes - Process enrollment-related transactions and take ownership of issues through resolution - Research customer requests and follow up with customers as needed - Assist with company projects and administrative tasks as assigned - Efficiently navigate multiple screens and platforms including AI-assisted resources, Microsoft Teams, and client portals to ensure accurate documentation Qualifications: - High school diploma - 2+ years Customer Service experience required - Must have strong verbal and written communication; must be conversational - Extremely resourceful and able to problem solve - Ability to provide exceptional customer service consistently - Must be able to display a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Position Details: - Work Model: Remote (MUST BE BASED IN THE U.S.) - Employment Type: Contract/Temporary - Compensation: $18 per hour - Benefits (Contract): LaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits.
