Regional Sales Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in the Sahiwal District. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the assigned territory, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients and distributors, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include market analysis, reporting, sales presentations, and team leadership. The candidate should be proactive, goal-oriented, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. Qualifications Experience in Sales and Marketing, with strong crop and field knowledge Ability to develop and implement sales strategies Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven track record in achieving sales targets Strong leadership and team management abilities Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related field 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
