Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager role based in Sukkur. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory, including planning and executing regional sales strategies, setting and monitoring sales targets, and managing key customer relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and coaching the regional sales team, conducting field visits, reviewing performance reports, and ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance standards. The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing timely feedback on market trends and competitive activities. The Regional Sales Manager will also prepare regular sales forecasts, contribute to budgeting, and support continuous improvement in customer service and revenue growth. Qualifications Demonstrated success in regional or territory sales management, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare-related industries. Strong skills in sales planning, target setting, pipeline management, and performance monitoring. Experience leading and developing sales teams, with the ability to coach, mentor, and manage performance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategy and decision-making. Solid understanding of pharmaceutical sales practices, regulatory considerations, and ethical standards is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification is a plus. Proficiency in common office and CRM software, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to work on-site in Sukkur and travel within the region as needed.
