Regional Multifamily Manager - LIHTC Growth & Travel

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee senior affordable, market rate and LIHTC properties in St George, Utah. The ideal candidate will lead on-site teams, drive occupancy targets and ensure portfolio profitability while maintaining regulatory compliance. You will mentor staff, coordinate with asset managers and senior leadership, review financials, and implement improvements. Travel up to 50% is required; a Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications are preferred.
