It starts with YOU.The Quality Team Leader provides daily quality assurance leadership and representation to the Beech Island Quality and Operations teams. This position serves as the Quality Team Leader for the UCTAD/CTEC team and is responsible for providing leadership and technical support for Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management System Compliance activities supporting consumer products.This position reports to the Beech Island Site Quality Manager. The Quality Team Leader drives team objectives related to quality and ensures systems are in place to deliver quality results while meeting internal and regulatory standards. The incumbent plans and executes responsibilities with minimal direction, seeking assistance or guidance when appropriate. This role also provides technical coaching and guidance to team members and recommends technical strategies that support business objectives for the Quality team.In this role, you will: Provide strategy, capability-building, and direct support to the facility in the areas of Quality and Regulatory Compliance.
