Job Description: QA-Automation Testing Experience Relevant Experience: 6 - 7 years Objectives of this role As a QA Automation Tester, you will be responsible for leading automation testing efforts across various technologies and domains. You will be responsible for overseeing and driving automation testing initiatives, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise in automation testing tools and frameworks, and experience with CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities Develop and maintain robust and efficient automated test framework and scripts using Playwright or Selenium with Python for web application testing.Perform API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured, validate API functionality, data integrity, and performance.Conduct performance testing with tools like JMeter or LoadRunner to evaluate system performance, load handling, and scalability under various conditions.Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using tools such as Jenkins to enable continuous testing and faster release cycles.Execute and monitor performance tests to identify bottlenecks and provide insights for optimizing the application’s speed and efficiency.Monitor test results, investigate failures, and collaborate with the development team to ensure quick issue resolution and continuous improvement.Generate detailed test reports and documentation, ensuring clear communication of test results and test coverage to stakeholders. Business Hour Normal Business hours. The expectation would be to start late and cover EST time until 12 PM. Exception subject to manager permission.
