Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Python Expert (Data Science/Machine Learning) role based in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The role involves designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines, as well as developing machine learning models to support analytics-driven digital solutions. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and cleaning data, performing exploratory data analysis, applying statistical techniques, and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
The Python
Expert will implement and maintain production-ready code, collaborate with designers and strategists to integrate data science into products, and document workflows and model performance. The role also includes monitoring deployed models, improving algorithms over time, and staying current with advances in data science and machine learning.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Data Science and Machine Learning skills, including experience with model development, training, evaluation, and deployment using Python.
Candidates should possess solid Statistics and Analytical Skills to design experiments, interpret results, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess practical Data Analytics and Data Analysis experience, including cleaning, transforming, and visualizing data to generate insights.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and matplotlib or similar visualization tools).
Candidates should possess familiarity with databases, SQL, and version control tools (e.g., Git), and be comfortable working with APIs and data from multiple sources.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, clear written and verbal communication, and the capacity to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Experience with deep learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow or PyTorch), cloud platforms, and deploying models in production environments is an advantage.
