Python Developer / Software Engineer – International

Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues efficiently. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Collaborate with team members to understand technical requirements and develop effective solutions. Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed. Work with databases and ensure data is handled accurately and efficiently. Review and improve existing code, systems, and processes. Participate in testing, quality assurance, and deployment processes. Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Document technical processes and solutions. Stay current with relevant development tools, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications 2+ years of professional software development experience preferred. Strong proficiency in Python. Experience developing backend applications, APIs, or web applications. Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar. Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations. Experience with Git and version control. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment. Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace. Must be located outside the United States. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar Python frameworks. Experience with JavaScript or a modern frontend framework is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working with AI/ML tools or integrations. Experience with automation and workflow development. Experience working with U.S.-based companies or distributed international teams.
