Job description

Project Manager, Healthcare Consulting Fulcrum Health Partners | Hybrid Remote (must live in Nashville, TN) | Full-Time | Reports to the COO Salary Range $75,000 to $85,000+ per year plus bonus ABOUT FULCRUM HEALTH PARTNERS Fulcrum Health Partners is an advisory firm working at the intersection of provider reimbursement, payer contracting, and healthcare M&A — trusted by health systems, physician groups, and deal-side clients alike. We're growing quickly, and we're building the operational backbone that lets us take on more clients and more complex engagements without losing the precision our clients count on. ABOUT THE ROLE This role is built for an experienced project manager from the consulting world who's ready to trade a single workstream for the whole operation. As a Project manager, you'll be the operational engine of the firm and a direct partner to the CEO and COO of the business — running engagements end to end, keeping every project and client on track, and standing up the systems and processes a fast-scaling advisory firm needs. If you honed your craft managing complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare engagements at a top consulting firm and you want broader ownership and visible impact, this is that role. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own day-to-day operations across a growing portfolio of client engagements and internal initiatives - Manage project pipelines end to end — scope, workstreams, timelines, owners, deliverables, and dependencies — with the rigor you learned in consulting - Lead onboarding for new clients: kickoff, document collection, workspace setup, and a structured first 90 days - Serve as an operational point of contact for clients, communicating status and surfacing risks early - Lead the build-out and integration of our project-management platform (Monday.com) — boards, workflows, automations, and dashboards - Ensure all documents are properly named, versioned, tracked, and stored across the firm's platform - Run the firm's operating cadence with the CEO — weekly priorities, project reviews, meetings, and reporting WHAT YOU'LL BRING (REQUIRED) - 3–4 years of project or engagement management experience, ideally from a consulting, advisory, or professional-services firm - Healthcare industry experience — provider, payer, managed care, life sciences, or healthcare consulting - A proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders with minimal oversight - Hands-on experience with Monday.com or a comparable platform (Asana, Smartsheet, Wrike, ClickUp) - Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and executive-level communication - Comfort working fully remotely and self-directed, with a strong ownership mentality PREFERRED - Experience at a leading consulting firm (e.g., Deloitte, McKinsey, Bain & Company, PwC, EY, Accenture, KPMG, or a specialized healthcare advisory) - Direct exposure to managed care, payer/provider contracting, reimbursement, or healthcare M&A / transaction advisory - PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean/Six Sigma certification LOCATION Fully remote, U.S.-based. Must be authorized to work in the United States and available during core business hours in a U.S. time zone (Eastern preferred).
