Job Summary Are you a structured, proactive project management professional eager to make an impact with a top-tier global pharmaceutical leader? We are seeking a Project Manager, Clinical Partner Management (CPM) to drive functional service provider (FSP) governance, cross-functional integration, and operational excellence initiatives. 12-month renewable contract with salary, benefits and PTO. Fully remote. location: Cambridge, Massachusetts job type: Outsourcing Project salary: $35 - 42 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors Responsibilities Lead cross-functional workstreams across SP&O, Procurement, Finance, Operations, DD&T, and Functional Leads to ensure seamless execution. Support the implementation of provider governance frameworks, KPI/KQI scorecards, and standardized business review processes. Develop robust project plans, manage critical path timelines, document key decisions, and prepare executive-level leadership updates. Optimize operational processes including FSP intake, contracting, PO management, workflow standardization, and SharePoint management tools. Drive financial tracking, savings reporting, and operational metric development in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external FSP partners. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree & 2-3 years Project Management experience Excellent communicator, able to persuasively convey both ideas and data, verbally and in writingProven skills as an effective collaborator who can engender credibility and confidence within and outside the companyAbility to distill complex issues and ideas down to simple comprehensible terms.Embraces and demonstrates an empathetic, team-oriented, and inclusive mindset and models these behaviors for the organization.
