Program / Project Manager

You will manage high-risk strategic IT enterprise projects covering application development and infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. Responsibilities Manage full lifecycle software development projects using agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies. Lead agile ceremonies, manage sprint backlogs with Product Owners, and remove impediments for scrum teams. Facilitate post-program and project reviews to drive organizational learning. Coordinate team velocity, report on progress, and delegate tasks to support team development. Communicate project status and requirements to stakeholders at all levels of authority. Required Skills 10+ years of experience managing IT enterprise projects involving infrastructure and application development. PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince 2 certification. Scrum or SAFe Agile certification. Experience with full lifecycle software development methodologies. Proven ability to lead scrum teams and measure team velocity. Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with senior leadership. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. Preferred Skills Experience serving as an Agile Coach. Previous experience acting as a ScrumMaster.
