Product Solutions Manager

About the Company

We are looking for a self-driven Product & Solutions Leader with strong expertise in TLM (SmartStream) applications and VAT/Reconciliation platforms to drive enterprise innovation across Cloud, AI-enabled platforms, and workflow-driven systems.

About the Role

The role focuses on translating complex financial reconciliation and VAT business problems into scalable, modular solutions leveraging enterprise SaaS platforms, data pipelines, automation frameworks, and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise solution discovery, requirement engineering, and workflow architecture design for TLM and VAT reconciliation platforms
• Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder discussions, and executive presentations
• Design and implement enterprise workflows including data ingestion, reconciliation logic, exception handling, VAT validation, and reporting layers
• Lead implementation of TLM (SmartStream) solutions across reconciliation domains (Cards, Payments, GL, Nostro, VAT)
• Establish feedback loops between field implementations and product roadmap teams
• Contribute to product roadmap, feature prioritization, and platform evolution for reconciliation and AI platforms
• Ensure solutions comply with financial regulations, VAT requirements, data governance, and operational standards
• Support RFP/RFI responses, solution demos, and pre-sales activities
• Enable smooth transition from concept → build → deployment → implementation
• Work in a global agile delivery setup across multiple regions and stakeholders
• Provide mentoring and guidance to teams on solution design, reconciliation frameworks, and execution
• Drive alignment between business KPIs and technical solution outcomes, including reconciliation accuracy and automation efficiency

Qualifications

• Overall industry experience: 7+ years
• Experience in financial services / banking / enterprise SaaS platforms preferred
• Strong domain exposure to VAT reconciliation and regulatory compliance processes

Required Skills

• Strong experience in enterprise workflow architecture and modular solution design
• Proven ability in requirement engineering, discovery workshops, and stakeholder management
• Hands-on exposure to enterprise SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and system integrations
• Experience designing AI-enabled workflows and automation (rule-based, BPM, AI-assisted)
• Expertise in financial platforms, especially reconciliation systems (TLM, VAT, Cards, Payments, GL, Nostro)
• Ability to design PoCs, prototypes, and scalable enterprise solutions
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, system flows, and process orchestration
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills
• Ability to operate in a global delivery model across APAC, EMEA, and US regions
• Experience in product management, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and enterprise integrations
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and execution capability
• Experience with agile methodologies and enterprise-scale delivery

Preferred Skills

• Strong experience in TLM (SmartStream) implementation, customization, and support
• Hands-on experience in reconciliation systems (Cards, Payments, GL, Nostro, VAT reconciliation)
• Knowledge of data mapping, file handling (CSV, XML, SWIFT, etc.), and ETL processes
• Experience with Oracle Flexcube or other core banking systems
• Strong understanding of financial transactions lifecycle and reconciliation processes
• Experience in exception management and break resolution workflows
• Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux environments and scripting (Shell/Python preferred)
• Knowledge of database systems (Oracle/SQL) and query writing
• Experience in TLM upgrades, environment setup, configuration, and performance tuning
• Exposure to integration using APIs, middleware, or file interfaces
• Ability to support UAT, production deployment, and post-production validation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile and global delivery models
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
