About the Role:

We are hiring a Product Owner – Digital Transformation to support a US-based industrial manufacturing client undergoing a major digital transformation.

You will act as the key link between client stakeholders and our AI Engineering Team.

Your role is to understand business needs, turn them into clear priorities and requirements, help keep delivery moving across multiple active workstreams, and drive the product roadmap.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who can combine structure, creativity, commercial awareness, and strong execution. You will be expected to take initiative, research the manufacturing industry, understand operational best practices, and identify where digital transformation can create real efficiencies for the client.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and maintain the product backlog
• Translate business requirements into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and productdocumentation
• Prioritise features, bugs, and technical work based on business value and delivery impact
• Drive the product roadmap in partnership with client stakeholders and the internal engineeringteam
• Run product workshops, sprint planning, reviews, and regular client check-ins
• Coordinate priorities with engineers, data specialists, and QA
• Create clear mockups, wireframes, and workflow concepts using AI tools where appropriate
• Research manufacturing processes, digital transformation use cases, and operational bestpractices
• Identify opportunities to improve client workflows through automation, dashboards, AI tools,and better system design
• Test new features, support QA, and help improve the overall product experience
• Communicate progress, risks, blockers, and priority decisions clearly

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Strong spoken and written English for daily communication with US stakeholders
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process notes, roadmap updates, andproduct documentation
• Confidence managing stakeholders, clarifying requirements, and handling competing priorities
• Comfortable working with technical teams across software, data, dashboards, automation, or AI-enabled products
• AI-savvy, with practical experience using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms toimprove productivity, create mockups, research solutions, and streamline workflows
• Creative product mindset, with the ability to turn business problems into clear product ideas andpractical delivery plans
• Structured, organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or operations-heavy businesses
• Scrum, Agile, CSPO, PSPO, or similar certification
• Experience with Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, Figma, Miro, or similar tools
• Background in B2B SaaS, software consultancy, digital transformation, or AI/data projects
