Product Owner - Cloud Voice / Contact Center

Job Description HF Management is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead product initiatives and manage stakeholders independently. Proven Product Owner experience is mandatory, with strong ownership, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities Own product vision, roadmap, priorities, and backlog. Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements. Make independent product decisions and drive initiatives from concept through delivery. Collaborate with business, technology, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders. Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product direction, progress, risks, and decisions. Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure successful product delivery. Identify opportunities for process and product improvements. Required Skills Proven Senior Product Owner experience - Mandatory Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ownership and decision-making abilities. Ability to independently manage stakeholders. Experience with product backlog, prioritization, requirements, and roadmap management. Strong Agile/Scrum experience. Preferred Skills Cloud Voice Contact Center / CCaaS IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Twilio - Strong plus, but not mandatory. Voice/telephony or customer engagement platforms.
