Job description

About Scaleo

Scaleo is a leading SaaS platform that helps businesses build, manage, and optimize their affiliate marketing programs.

Our platform is trusted by thousands of users worldwide and processes millions of requests daily. We work with clients across Europe, the UK, the US, Asia, and Australia.

Our mission is to build a world-class SaaS product and become an industry leader. We take pride in delivering exceptional product quality and customer service, recognized by G2 with its High Performer award in Summer 2024.

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will take ownership of product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and product launches, helping us communicate our value, strengthen our competitive position, and drive product adoption and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear product positioning, define target audiences and buyer personas, and create compelling value propositions that differentiate Scaleo in the market.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches: Plan and execute GTM strategies for new products, features, and updates, driving market awareness, customer engagement, and adoption.
  • Sales & Customer Success Enablement: Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with effective marketing materials, including pitch decks, competitive battlecards, demo guides, product presentations, and ROI tools.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Research competitors, monitor market trends, analyze customer insights and win/loss data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Content Strategy & Thought Leadership: Develop expert-level content that demonstrates product value, addresses customer challenges, and supports demand generation and customer education.
  • Product Adoption & Growth: Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth teams to increase feature adoption, customer retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, effective product communication, and alignment between product development and commercial goals.

What We're Looking For

Must-have qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Product Marketing within an established B2B SaaS or IT product company.
  • Experience working as part of a structured product marketing or marketing team in a mature B2B product environment, rather than exclusively in outsourcing, agency, or basic software-tool businesses.
  • Hands-on experience developing product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and buyer personas.
  • Proven ability to create and execute go-to-market strategies and product or feature launches.
  • Experience conducting competitive research, market analysis, and translating insights into product marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience developing sales enablement materials, including battlecards, pitch decks, product presentations, and demo materials.
  • Strong experience in content strategy, including creating or leading the development of expert-level content for technical or business audiences.
  • Ability to communicate complex product capabilities clearly and translate technical features into compelling business benefits.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Affiliate Marketing, AdTech, or iGaming, particularly with:
    • Affiliate marketing platforms, affiliate tracking software, or partner management solutions.
    • AdTech platforms and advertising technology products.
    • iGaming operators in Marketing, Affiliate Manager, or Advertiser Manager roles.
    • iGaming platform providers in Marketing, Account Management, Partnerships, or Sales roles.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies for technical B2B products or complex SaaS platforms.
  • Experience using customer research, win/loss analysis, and product usage insights to improve positioning and messaging.
  • Experience measuring the impact of product marketing initiatives on adoption, engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth strategies and SaaS business models.

What We Offer

  • Product-driven environment: Join an ambitious team building a globally recognized SaaS platform.
  • Competitive compensation: Regular annual salary reviews.
  • Paid time off: Flexible paid vacation and sick leave.
  • Professional development: Company-funded learning and development opportunities.
  • Collaborative team culture: Work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive, results-oriented environment.
  • Team events: Opportunities to connect, collaborate, and celebrate achievements together.

Why Join Scaleo?

At Scaleo, Product Marketing goes beyond creating campaigns and promotional materials. It's about understanding our customers, shaping how our product is positioned in the market, and connecting product innovation with measurable business results.

You'll have the opportunity to influence our go-to-market strategy, work closely with Product and commercial teams, and help strengthen the market presence of a SaaS platform serving customers worldwide.

If you enjoy turning complex products into compelling stories, building effective GTM strategies, and seeing the direct impact of your work on business growth, we'd love to hear from you.

Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for AllCares. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
