Product Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Tarczyn. The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of tortilla products, from concept through production and market launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company strategy. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with Production, Quality, R&D, Sales, Purchasing and Logistics teams, defining product requirements, and monitoring performance metrics such as volume, quality, and profitability. The role involves conducting market and competitor analysis, managing product improvements, and supporting new product development initiatives. The Product Manager will also prepare reports, present product performance to leadership, and help drive process optimizations across the production and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Product management skills, including defining product requirements, managing roadmaps, and overseeing the product lifecycle.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make informed decisions to improve product performance.
• Knowledge of FMCG or food manufacturing processes; experience in bakery, tortilla, or similar food production is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in Tarczyn and engage daily with factory operations and local teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field; advanced education is a plus.
• Proficiency in relevant office and planning tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, project management software).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English; Polish is beneficial.
