Product Manager — Own the core product line end-to-end at Europe’s #1 farm-level data platform. Berlin, on-site.
A well-funded agritech company is the #1 primary data collection platform for dairy in DACH, AI-enabled at the core. They raised >€10M in their first two years and signed some of the largest F&B players in Europe. Today the platform is the foundation for agricultural decarbonization across the continent — and the next chapter means new commodities and new geographies.
You will own the core product line end-to-end: from discovery to delivery to ongoing maintenance. You decide what gets built, when, and why. You lead the engineering and design squad. And you go deep on methodology — calculators, data sources, agricultural emission factors — becoming one of the most knowledgeable people in Europe on how farm-level emissions get calculated.
What You’ll Own
→ Own the product line end-to-end — discovery, delivery, maintenance; you decide what gets built
→ Lead an engineering and design squad — routines, rituals, prioritization are on you
→ Prioritize across competing demands — customer escalations, expansion bets, methodology updates
→ Go deep on emission methodology — calculators, data sources, agricultural emission factors
→ Drive expansion into new markets and commodities
→ Ship — time-to-customer-value beats perfection
What We’re Looking For
→ 2–3 years of product management experience at an early-stage B2B SaaS company that shipped fast
→ Strong prioritization — you hold competing demands in your head and communicate decisions clearly
→ Comfortable leading engineering and design
→ Some technical understanding — you can reason about systems, data models, and feasibility tradeoffs
→ Builder mentality — you’d rather have something live and imperfect than perfect and unshipped
→ AI-fluent — modern AI tools are part of your daily craft
→ Based in Berlin, on-site
Bonus: genuine interest in farmers, agriculture, or the food system
