Do you have experience defining platform strategy and managing internal services using Agile frameworks and identity access management concepts?
Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!
What You Will Be Doing:
As a key member of the Digital Farming Solutions (DFS) Customer Enablement team, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for internal systems within the FieldView platform domain. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to drive platform adoption, ensure technical alignment, and deliver value. Your role is highly autonomous and involves high-ownership responsibilities, including defining feature sets, leading planning sessions, and working directly with delivery teams. You will facilitate technical reviews, shape platform vision, and communicate effectively with security, architecture, and leadership teams. Your efforts will directly impact the stability, security, and scalability of shared core services used organization-wide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal platform services such as identity and access management infrastructure.
• Develop and prioritize high-quality features and user stories that clearly define scope, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead planning and decomposition of complex capabilities into well-defined, executable work using frameworks like Impact, Confidence, Ease (ICE).
• Partner with enterprise architects and senior engineers during technical design reviews to ensure alignment with architectural standards and security requirements.
• Drive platform adoption by engaging internal teams, creating onboarding documentation, and identifying opportunities to improve developer experience.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination by managing dependencies, resolving blockers, and maintaining communication with all stakeholders.
• Define and track success metrics such as adoption rates, integration times, incident occurrences, and developer satisfaction to foster continuous improvement.
• Support the implementation of operational dashboards and data-driven decision-making practices to enhance platform reliability and visibility.
• Engage credibly at all organizational levels to communicate platform capabilities, technical decisions, and future directions.
• Ensure technical decisions are documented and align with security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in software or platform engineering.
• Proven experience owning and executing strategy for internal platform products or shared services.
• Strong technical fluency in identity and access management concepts, including authentication, authorization, security protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML), RBAC, and ABAC.
• Ability to review pull requests, understand system behavior from source code, and contribute to technical discussions.
• Skilled in writing clear, high-quality product artifacts such as features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Proficiency with Agile backlog management tools, preferably Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated with a track record of initiative-taking and driving outcomes in ambiguous or fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), PI Planning, and ART ceremonies.
• Experience working with cloud-native platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
• Knowledge of identity service providers like Okta, Auth0, AWS IAM, or Azure AD.
• Understanding of security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
• Background in developing platform adoption strategies, migration plans, and developer onboarding programs.
• Proficiency with observability and data-driven practices using platforms like Datadog or similar tools.
• Experience utilizing GenAI tools or AI-assisted workflows to accelerate product management processes.

All offers of employment at Technology Partners are contingent upon clear results of a thorough background check and drug screening that meet corresponding laws and regulations at the city, state and federal level.

Prepare your application
Use the description above to assess your fit for Technology Partners. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.
Match requirements to evidence
Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.
Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.
Check the working arrangement
Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.
Review before submitting
Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.
Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.
Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
