Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially minded and customer-focused Product Manager to own the strategic direction and growth of digital products within our Property Technology portfolio. This role will work closely with business, product, and technology stakeholders based in Ireland and London to define, evolve, and scale digital platforms within the Property Technology ecosystem. The initial responsibility will be managing a platform supporting mortgage and conveyancing journeys. Over time, the role will expand to include additional products such as Property CRM and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
• Understand customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to create differentiated digital experiences.
• Translate business goals into clear product strategies and initiatives.
• Establish product goals, success metrics, and KPIs.
• Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve product value and market position.
Customer & Market Understanding
• Develop a deep understanding of customers, users, and business processes.
• Conduct product discovery through stakeholder discussions, user feedback, market research, and data analysis.
• Understand customer journeys and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Analyse competitor products, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Champion customer-centric product decisions.
Roadmap & Portfolio Management
• Own and maintain the product roadmap.
• Prioritise initiatives based on business impact, customer value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term product vision.
• Work with engineering and delivery teams to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Act as the product champion across business, technology, design, operations, and delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Architects, QA, and UX teams.
• Provide clarity on product direction and priorities.
• Drive alignment across distributed teams in India, Ireland, and London.
• Facilitate product discussions with senior stakeholders.
Product Discovery & Innovation
• Identify opportunities for automation, digital transformation, and process improvement.
• Define customer problems and validate solutions before development.
• Promote experimentation and data-driven decision making.
• Explore opportunities enabled by emerging technologies including AI and automation.
• Drive continuous product improvement. Stakeholder Management
• Build trusted relationships with international stakeholders.
• Present product strategy, roadmap, progress, and insights effectively.
• Manage expectations and negotiate priorities across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Act as a strategic product partner for client organisations.
Required Qualifications & Skills Essential •
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Digital Transformation, or similar roles.
• Proven experience managing digital products or platforms.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of customer-centric product development.
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to influence teams without direct authority.
• Experience working with distributed/global teams.
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on business outcomes.
Preferred Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Property Technology (PropTech)
• Mortgage, lending, or financial services
• Conveyancing or legal workflow platforms
• CRM platforms
