Product Manager
Job Description
Company Description RYVAL is a tech startup building a Global Creator Prediction platform, enabling streamers to run real-time prediction markets with their communities. The platform allows creators to compete in engaging challenges while increasing viewer interaction and retention. RYVAL focuses on innovative, data-driven tools that make it easier for influencers to monetize and grow their audiences. As an early-stage company, RYVAL offers the opportunity to shape product direction, collaborate closely with founders, and influence how prediction markets evolve in the creator economy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia Arts, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Portfolio required — websites, apps, or UX/UI case studies showing both aesthetic sensibility and usability thinking; prediction, gaming, or fintech work is a strong plus
- Proficient in Figma — components, auto layout, prototyping, and handoff specs
- Sharp eye for interface aesthetics and interaction detail — typography, spacing, motion, and visual hierarchy matter to you without being told
- Comfortable with vibe coding and AI-assisted prototyping — can use tools like Cursor, v0, or similar to bring ideas to life quickly without waiting on engineering
- Working knowledge of React and JavaScript — enough to understand implementation constraints, communicate accurately with engineers, and read front-end code when needed
- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design — understanding of how layouts, touch targets, and performance constraints differ across devices
- Minimum 0 years formal work experience — we care about the quality of your portfolio and your thinking, not your years on a resume
- Bonus: experience with crypto platforms, betting-adjacent or sweepstakes products, live streaming interfaces, or gamification-heavy apps
Job Description
- Own the end-to-end experience across two distinct user personas — streamers and platform users — accounting for the different flows and needs of IRL and gaming contexts
- Design and iterate on core product mechanics: prediction interfaces, market participation flows, bonus systems, dynamic odds displays, wallet and deposit UX, reward states, and streamer watchparty UI
- Ensure the platform always looks full and active — managing market density, live state visibility, and content cadence so the product feels alive even during off-peak hours
- Lead team members with futures markets generation and settlement — identifying market opportunities, writing market copy, setting resolution criteria, and overseeing the full lifecycle from creation to close
- Brainstorm and validate new product mechanics across desktop and mobile
- Write PRDs and feature specs for engineering handoff
- Conduct QA on payment flows, auth integrations, and new feature releases
- Identify, document, and escalate UX bugs and broken flows
- Work directly with engineers to ship features across a React/Webflow hybrid stack
