🎯 Your Role
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, owning, and delivering product features that create real value for users and the business. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to translate ideas into clear requirements and shipped outcomes. You’ll be expected to lead discovery, prioritize effectively, and own features end-to-end from problem definition to launch and iteration.

Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals
- Own the product backlog: write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize based on impact and effort
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality product increments
- Lead product discovery through user research, data analysis, and stakeholder input
- Translate business and user needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Drive sprint planning, reviews, and roadmap discussions
- Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and user feedback
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes transparently across teams
- Continuously improve product processes, discovery practices, and delivery efficiency
✅ Your Profile
Must-Have Skills
- 4–7 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS or product-led environments
- Strong experience owning product roadmaps and backlogs end-to-end
- Proven ability to write clear product requirements and user stories
- Solid understanding of agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities
- Fluent written and spoken English
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working closely with frontend and backend engineering teams
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA)
- Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or growth initiatives
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and collaboration with design tools like Figma
- Exposure to technical concepts such as APIs, system architecture, or CI/CD workflows
