Job description

This is a remote position.

Kyckr is a fast-scaling SaaS and data company transforming how financial crime teams verify businesses. We give regulated institutions, including banks, fintechs, law firms and payment providers, access to legally authoritative company data from 300+ corporate registries across 120 countries. Our customers use Kyckr to power their Know Your Business (KYB) and AML workflows, helping them onboard customers, assess risk and maintain ongoing compliance with confidence.

We've been a trusted name in the market for 20 years, but we operate like a scale-up. Our product team is small, decisions are made quickly, and we're always improving what we build.

We're looking for a Product Manager to own our new and strategic initiatives: the products and features that open up new revenue streams, new markets and new ways for customers to use Kyckr.

You will take ideas from first signal to shipped and adopted, working directly with engineering, commercial and customers. You will own your own backlog and roadmap, and you will be expected to get your hands dirty: prototyping with AI tools, writing specs that engineers can build from, testing with customers and seeing features through to launch and beyond.

This is a role for someone who likes hard problems, moves fast, and is comfortable with the ambiguity that comes with building things that don't exist yet.

What theKyckrProduct Manager role involves:

New & Strategic Initiatives

  • Own the discovery, definition and delivery of new products and strategic features end to end

  • Turn customer, market and commercial signals into clear problem statements, PRDs and scoped releases

  • Run rapid validation: prototypes, customer conversations and early-access launches before committing engineering effort

  • Take features from first release through adoption, iterating on real usage data and customer feedback

  • Help shape howKyckr'sdata and products are built for an AI-first world — where our customers are increasingly agents, not just people.

Backlog & Roadmap

  • Own and prioritise your own backlog and roadmap, and be able to justify every item on it

  • Manage trade-offs across commercial asks, customer feedback, technical debt and strategic bets

  • Keep stakeholders informed with short, honest updates on what is shipping, what is slipping and why

Working with Engineering

  • Work dayto day with engineers across front-end, back-end and API changes, from refinement through to release

  • Write specs and acceptance criteria that engineers can build from without a second meeting

  • Understand our APIs, data model and registry integrations well enough to make sound scoping decisions

  • Be present in sprint planning, refinement and reviews; unblock the team quickly

AI-Native Ways of Working

  • Use AI tools daily for rapid prototyping, research, problem exploration and drafting

  • Build clickable or working prototypes to test ideas before engineering picks them up

  • Help the wider team adopt AI-assisted product practices and improve how we work

Customers & Market

  • Talk to customers and prospects regularly; bring their problems back as evidence, not anecdotes

  • Work with Sales, Account Management and Marketing on positioning, pricing inputs and go-to-market for new launches

  • Track competitors and adjacent markets (KYB, AML, screening, identity) and feed what you learn into strategy

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced product manager who has shipped new features repeatedly, not just managed existing ones. You should be comfortable owning the whole loop from problem to launch in a small, fast-moving team.

  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B software, with a track record of shipping new features and products from zero to live

  • Experience in KYB, KYC, AML, screening, compliance or an adjacent regulated data field withinRegtechor Fintech

  • Experience shipping both front-end and back-end changes, including API-first products, and working closely with engineers on technical trade-offs

  • Has owned and managed their own backlog and roadmap, including saying no

  • AI-native: uses AI tools as a core part of how they research, prototype, explore and solve problems

  • Enjoys complex, ambiguous problems and can break them into something a team can build

Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for Kyckr. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
