Product Manager

Job Summary Our client, a leading technology and entertainment provider, is seeking a Product Manager to support Supply Chain and Warehouse Management initiatives. This role will serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between business, technology, development, implementation, support teams, and vendors. The position will help define product strategy, manage roadmaps and backlogs, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive complex initiatives from planning through delivery. Key DetailsContract Type: ContractDuration: 13 monthsLocation: Lake Buena Vista, FLWork Arrangement: Hybrid - 4 days onsiteCore ResponsibilitiesServe as the Supply Chain and Warehouse Management subject matter expert, partnering with business, technology, development, implementation, and support teamsDefine and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, requirements, and release plans across multiple lines of businessLead complex business and technical analysis, identifying gaps, opportunities, risks, dependencies, and appropriate solutionsPartner with stakeholders and vendors to define business requirements, technical specifications, data mappings, user stories, and solution optionsManage and support Warehouse Management System configurations, including working with the business to adjust configurations as needs changeLead stakeholder engagement, business case development, feasibility assessments, and product improvement initiativesSupport functional design, testing, implementation, and delivery while tracking the impact and benefits of changes throughout the product lifecycleRequired Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or a similar roleStrong technical product knowledge in Warehouse Management and/or Supply ChainExperience leading discussions with senior business and technology leadersExperience driving product strategy and optimization initiatives across multiple lines of businessUnderstanding of Agile technical practices, DevOps, and testing concepts, including CI/CD and TDDExperience with system configuration and translating reporting/business needs into detailed requirementsExcellent analytical, written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skillPreferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS, including implementation, testing, and troubleshootingExperience delivering large-scale system implementationsKnowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related testing methodologiesExperience managing relationships with COTS and SaaS vendorsAbility to develop business cases and support technical and financial feasibility assessmentsExperience working with Supply Chain technologies across multiple business functionsKey Competencies & BehaviorsStrategic thinker who can translate ideas into actionable plansStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsCollaborative and comfortable working within a matrixed organizationStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsSelf-directed with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives through completionWork EnvironmentLocation: Lake Buena Vista, FLWork Arrangement: Hybrid - 4 days onsiteCompensation & BenefitsPay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $49.00 and $70.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate.
