Product Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Own the product vision and backlog for client-facing integrations, reporting, and internal operational tools for vehicle condition data.

• Translate stakeholder needs into clear product specifications and drive delivery in partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams.

• Monitor integration health, reporting accuracy, and tool adoption, identifying and resolving issues.

• Gather and synthesize input from operational supervisors, managers, and client stakeholders to define problems and validate solutions.

• Contribute to process improvements within the product team, focusing on backlog management and documentation.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and at least 4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

• Proven experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog within an Agile or SAFe framework, including writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Experience partnering with engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver features from discovery to launch.

• Experience with system and technology integrations, including client-facing data outputs like APIs or file deliveries.

• Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira or Rally for backlog management and sprint planning.

• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity or drive AI-enabled transformation.
