Product Manager

The Role

• Develop, manage, and optimize products, contributing to and managing the product roadmap
• Oversee product implementation and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an AI-driven environment
• Oversee strategically important products with high growth potential, involving large cross-functional teams
• Incorporate AI tools throughout all phases of the product development lifecycle
• Lead discovery for understanding customer problems, market, and competitive landscape
• Engage with clients and client-proxies to gather feedback and assess product performance against KPIs
  
  

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years of experience, or equivalent combination
• 8+ years of experience in product management/development with a record of shipping complex, enterprise products
• Comfort with current AI tools and a growth mindset for integrating AI into workflows
• Ability to apply critical thinking and strong communication skills to articulate customer problems and solution value
• Fluency in agile methods and tooling; proven cross-functional leadership (UX, engineering, architecture)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
