Job Description

Product Manager (Contract)

Client: Brooksource

Location: Atlanta, GA (Store Support Center)

Schedule: 100% Onsite (5 Days Per Week)

Duration: Contract through January 2027

Pay Rate: $50-$55/hour


Overview: Brooksource is seeking a Product Manager for a contract opportunity in Atlanta, GA. This role is focused on delivering business value through product enhancements that drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the customer experience.


The Product Manager will work closely with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritize product initiatives, and execute enhancements that create measurable business impact. This role requires strong analytical skills, roadmap management experience, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
  • Drive product enhancements and incremental improvements that deliver measurable value
  • Partner with developers, designers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
  • Conduct business reviews and present findings, recommendations, and updates to leadership teams
  • Analyze data and reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite tools to support reporting, documentation, and product planning activities
  • Support cross-functional product teams in the execution of strategic initiatives
  • Communicate product priorities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization
  • Contribute to product strategy development and prioritization efforts
  • Focus on initiatives that improve efficiency, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction


Qualifications

  • Experience working as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar product-focused role
  • Proven experience managing product roadmaps and product initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to access, interpret, and leverage data for decision-making
  • Experience working with reporting models and business metrics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, designers, and business partners
  • Experience conducting business reviews and presenting to leadership
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
  • Experience working in Agile environments is preferred
  • Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA five days per week


Nice to Have

  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or customer-facing products
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting platforms
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
  • Background supporting large enterprise organizations
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience driving customer experience or operational efficiency initiatives Experience presenting product strategies and recommendations to executive leadership
