A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of impactful UX/UI design work Experience in leading or significantly contributing to all stages of the product design processA deep understanding of design systems and principles, ensuring consistency and efficiency across projectsExcellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions clearlyA commitment to staying user-focused, leveraging research and data to drive your designsProven ability to contribute to or define UX strategies that align with business goals and user needs
Desirable Skills
Proven experience designing engaging, user-centered digital products with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processesStrong communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersExpertise in building and maintaining scalable design systems for consistency and efficiency across projectsKnowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive design principles to create universally accessible productsProficiency in conducting and analyzing user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform and validate design decisionsFamiliarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with developers and bridge the design-development gapStrong grasp of Agile and Lean UX methodologies to thrive in iterative design and development cyclesExperience with behavioral psychology and data analytics to influence and refine user experience strategiesAbility to effectively present and justify design decisions using evidence-based approachesFamiliarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation platformsProficiency in design tools and prototyping tools such as FigmaAbility to mentor and inspire junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team cultureA passion for staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in UX/UI and digital product design
On any given day you might
Work within a network of teams modelLead product teams across multiple projectsDefine the details of UX/UI requirements and size them appropriatelyCreate and deliver user experience strategies in simple, inspiring and impactful waysWork with multi-discipline teams to bring products to life and quickly overcome challengesExplore and communicate design concepts for digital products, using artefacts like userflows, wireframes and prototypesRun experiments to validate and iterate your design conceptsAct as day-to-day discipline expert for resolving complex and tricky user experience and interface design problems on projectsStrive to set and maintain product design standards and inspire our customers Take an active interest in your design discipline, always with your finger on the pulse and you proactively seek to share the subject with the broader team
You bring
3+ years experience in designing for web and mobileStrong experience with MacOS, Figma, Framer (Optional), Adobe CS and Google DocsSolid remote team experienceA good understanding of user centred design, human centred design and systematic design principlesAn advanced level of EnglishBasic experience with motion design (this would be a plus)
