Job description

What is Amplemarket all about?

Amplemarket's premise is that a lot of the playbooks used by B2B sales teams that worked 5 years ago don't cut it anymore.
In today's environment, sales teams need to have a tremendous amount of information about their prospects to decide when is the best moment and channel to reach out in the most relevant way. You can't do this with 5 different data/sales enablement point solutions that don't share the same data schema and barely communicate with each other. Amplemarket is the all-in-one compound solution that enables this.
Our AI-powered sales platform helps B2B companies generate more opportunities thanks to our advanced lead generation engine, hyper-personalized sequencing, omnichannel outreach, and AI-powered smart actions. We are backed by Y Combinator, and we are powering the sales teams at some of the fastest-growing companies in the world like Deel, Moveworks, H1 and Vanta.

Important Notice: Beware of Recruitment Scams

It has come to our attention that there are fraudulent activities targeting job seekers, where individuals are impersonating Amplemarket by using fake profiles, domains, and emails.
Please be informed that Amplemarket always uses our main domain (amplemarket.com) for all hiring and recruitment purposes. Any communication or offer not originating from an amplemarket.com email address should be regarded as suspicious.

  • We will never request personal financial information (such as bank account details) during the initial application or interview process.
  • Our hiring process does not involve transferring money or making payments of any kind to secure a position.

Amplemarket is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of job scams or fraudulent activity by third parties misusing our company name.

If you have any doubts about the legitimacy of a job opportunity with Amplemarket, please contact our HR department directly.

We advise you to verify the authenticity of any job-related communications claiming to be from Amplemarket. If you have any concerns or doubts, please contact us directly through our official channels.

Your security is our priority. Thank you for your vigilance and understanding.

You’ll be part of an ambitious team at Amplemarket that moves quickly and cares a lot about the details, working directly with our founders to improve and scale our product. If you’re a curious, motivated person looking to make an immediate impact at an exciting startup, and this sounds like the kind of team where you’d do your best work, please get in touch!

About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior/Staff Product Designer to help us build the best sales tool on the market. You’ll work directly with the founding team to design core features and experiences that make sales software feel intuitive and powerful, and you’ll own them end to end, from defining the problem to what ships. This means designing for the best sales teams in the world today, while creating pathways for tomorrow’s.

Your design team:

We’re one design team across brand and product. Everyone sits together, shares critiques, and contributes to both.

  • Sometimes you will ship your own work. Our designers write code and release features themselves, as well as pairing closely with developers.
  • Take work all the way to the finish. We care about the final details as much as the big idea, and we give ourselves the time to get them right.

  • Understand our customers’ needs deeply through direct conversations and close collaboration with our support and sales teams.
  • Build and nurture a design-focused culture across the company, through regular critiques where we look closely at each other’s work and by helping us keep our standards high as we grow.

  • Strong design sense, careful attention to detail, and genuine passion for the craft.

  • Track record of shipping excellent design in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading projects alongside product managers and engineers.
  • Strong visual communication skills and experience building prototypes, in Figma and in code.

Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for Amplemarket. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
