• Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR Trainer

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Deliver live online/offline training sessions

✅ Provide hands-on practical lab demonstrations

✅ Teach real-world SOC automation and incident response workflows

✅ Guide students in Playbook Development, Incident Management, Integrations, Automations, Case Management, and Threat Intelligence

✅ Conduct webinars, workshops, and demo sessions

✅ Support course content enhancement aligned with the latest industry trends

🔹 Skills Required:

📌 Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR Trainer:

• Cortex XSOAR Architecture & Deployment

• Incident Types, Layouts & Incident Lifecycle

• Integrations & Marketplace

• Playbook Design & Automation

• Python Automation Scripts (Preferred)

• REST API Integrations

• Indicators & Threat Intelligence Management

• War Room & Case Management

• Integrating XSOAR with SIEM, EDR, Firewalls, and Threat Intelligence Platforms

• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

• Dashboards & Reporting

• Troubleshooting & Best Practices

🔹 Requirements:

✔ Strong practical experience with Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR

✔ Experience building and customizing playbooks and integrations

✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills

✔ Prior teaching/training experience preferred

✔ Relevant Palo Alto certifications are a plus
