Operations Manager - Business Process Services (BPS)

Job Description: Job Title: Operations Manager - Business Process Services (BPS) Location: Pune Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Business Process Services (BPS) operations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring operational efficiency, driving performance improvement projects, managing the transition of new business, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the BPS team Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction Drive performance improvement projects to enhance operational effectiveness Manage the transition of new business, ensuring smooth integration and service delivery Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed Lead and motivate a team of BPS professionals to achieve performance targets Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and drive innovation Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Proven experience in BPS operations, with at least 5 - 7 Years in a managerial role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards .
